If you like to discuss prices by m2 (or ft2) then you will appreciate the Area Rate figures that Fast Estimate can generate
Key Features
- Enter a m2 value at Schedule level and area rates will be calculated at all levels down to item
- Change the area at any time
- Work in m2 or ft2
Tips
- You can set up the Area either in the Properties form or on the Overhead / Profit form (Schedule table)
- Note that the area is for the Schedule and cannot be changed at bill or item level
